Worst employer ever. I worked over 30 years in health care and I have never seen a more demoralized unhappy workforce in my life. Those who are contientious and work hard are not recognized or rewarded. The only people valued in the organization are the too numerous to count administrators that reorg the front line workers every 3-6 months so there is NO stability in anyones life. If you can find a job elsewhere go for it.
