IHA has made changes to the management structure that have sent it reeling back into the dark ages. The managers are unaware of what goes on at the frontline, have to spend too much time looking out that those above them don't stab them in the back to make the workplace more conducive to minimal stress for the workforce, and are constantly worrying about their jobs to the point that they are reactive rather than proactive. Build a "bridge", they said at a meeting not long ago, build it to where, with what, got a plan?, got a design?, got any guidance?, got any responsibility if the "bridge" isn't completed? This is the ramblings of a new management structure that only seems to be changing things for change sake. Reorganization creates the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralization (?petronius). IHA's moral is very low, and it will take more than a stab at organization or change in management to bring it up to a point where the employees are even a little bit happy about their work, employer, and future.
