2000 - 24/7 ER, 2012 - unreliable hours with frequent closures.
2000 - a nurse to assess your emergency, 2012 - a payphone outside the ER.
2000 - an intake nurse for registration, 2012 - a TV monitor to a nurse in Kamloops.
2000 - maternity ward, 2012 - no maternity ward.
2000 - 4 doctors covering ER, 2012 - 1.5 doctors.
2000 - full-time pharmacy, 2012 - no pharmacy.
