I worked there for only a few months after grad. Went all the way there for a job that I thought perfect. Turned out it's the biggest mistake I've made in my whole life. They fired me for not having enough experience. I JUST graduated!!!! They gave me 4 months to monitor my progress. Unfortunately I wasn't 100% perfect with this one thing that they think that is most important to my position even after 4 month... but I was around 99 point something percent!!! And I was getting better at it :( Now my career is ruined. Close to 3 years after grad... still can't back to the lab. Thanks Interior Health!
