WHO MAKES HOW MUCH
* Donna Lommer was program administrator in the Okanagan for
residential and palliative care from 2005 to 2009. During that time, she was
paid $138,461. In 2009, she was promoted to corporate director of strategic
alignment. The job came with an 18 per cent increase to $163,644. And in 2010,
she was made vice-president residential services and chief financial officer.
In 2010/11, she earned 31 per cent more, at
$214,469.
* Cathy Renkas was made chief of communications for Interior Health
in late 2008 and held that position in 2009. In those years, she was paid
$95,012 and $120,324 respectively — a 27 per cent increase year to year. In
2010, she was promoted to vice-president communications/public affairs, doing
corporate communications, health promotion and community engagement. That job
increased her salary by 12 per cent to
$134,832.
* Martin McMahon was chief planning and improvement officer for IHA
in 2008 and 2009. In those years, he was paid $131,173 and $133,568
respectively — an increase of 1.8 per cent. In 2010, he was promoted to
vice-president of planning/strategic services, getting a 22 per cent pay hike
in the process that put his earnings up to $163,105.
