Save Our Hospital Coalition in Princeton has completed an application for locum funding. All local doctors have signed it and all concerned parties have agreed upon the details in the application.
The completed application has been sent to the BC Ministry of Health for approval.
Thank you, everyone, for your support and for watching closely what one small community has done to bring back 24/7 ER service to our hospital.
Our hope is that other rural communities facing the same situation will be able to follow our example and pull together to fight to keep healthcare services alive in rural British Columbia.
We are not finished, but we have reached one of our goals.
