Cool Summer Project - Email The Premier

Here's a really cool Summer project to share with the kidlets. Since most of them already have access to mobile devices with e-mail service, why not get them introduced to the Premier of British Columbia?

She loves to hear from young British Columbians and wouldn't it be a really cool project to have little Suzie or Tommy send the Premier an e-mail detailing how much they were looking forward to a wonderful future in British Columbia until it became obvious that rural health care cuts may end up affecting their future?

That's just an idea. Maybe little Suzie or little Tommy were considering becoming doctors but have been told by grown-ups in their lives that the BC Liberals have limited their options should either of them want to practice in rural and remote areas of the province.

I'm just tossing out suggestions. You probably already have your own. I'm just thinking how cool it would be to fill the Premier's inbox with such letters from all the little Suzies and Tommys in BC. Hey, even grown-ups can play this game.
