I love my job as an RN, unfortunately IHA is very lacking in their appreciation of the work that RN's perform. "Room to Grow" is a misnomer, IHA expects it's employees to work, take on more work and smile while you're being shafted. I would never recommend this employer to my family or friends. Unfortunately I am stuck with them and look so forward to collecting my pension and getting out ASAP.
