What is Advance Care Planning?
That¹s the question to be answered at a public forum co-hosted by Interior Health and the Penticton & District Hospice Society and Bereavement Resource Centre next Wednesday, June 20.
This is a forum for everyone we should all have a voice in our future health care now, in case we cannot speak for ourselves later. Whether it¹s starting the conversation with a loved one, or re-visiting your own plan, there are many tools available to help guide you. Judy Nicol, Leader of Interior Health¹s Advance Care Planning Initiative will cover these topics in a presentation, followed by a panel discussion of health-care professionals who will also answer your questions.
